The inspection was performed the same me day, in a thorough manner(1,5 hrs), crawled under the house in a 2' space, went in attic, and examined all piers. The options available were explained clearly. No hard pressure sales pitch was made. We compared with another company( the third company didn't show) and decided to use Beebe's. The rates were competitive, and we feel confident with both the termite program and pest control service that this historic home will be protected as best possible.
